Since our beginning in 1997, Bleyl & Associates has grown to 42 employees, with offices in Conroe, Bryan / College Station, and Austin. For a decade Conroe has operated the park which is located just off South Loop 336, near the intersection of Porter road (FM 1314). When the 201 acre facility needed renovations, Conroe turned to Bleyl & Associates to coordinate the project. More » Rollingwood Upgrades Water Line on Edgegrove Drive January 30, 2009 The City of Rollingwood has authorized its City Engineer, Bleyl & Associates, to begin design of a new 12-inch water line to improve water pressures within the City. When faced with a large number of water projects recommended over a period of years by consultants, the City Council formed a committee of concerned citizens and asked them to work with Kenny Watkins, PE and Bill Kotlan, PE to prioritize the needs of the City to get the most improvement for their dollar.
