Low client response and travel times: Our local offices provide central locations for our clients in southeast Texas and the surrounding communities.

Low client to Project Manager ratios: We try to maintain a low Client to Project Manager ratio. This allows each of our clients to receive the best possible service and access to their respective Project Manager. In addition, Bleyl & Associates maintains a full complement of support staff including draftsmen and project field representatives who can further assist our clients.

Municipal Experience: All of our Project Managers have extensive experience with municipal utility districts, Cities and various other types of public agencies. This experience includes interaction with federal, state and local agencies as necessary, assistance in preparation of loan applications, preparation of grant applications, obtaining permits as required, and development of construction plans and specifications.

Call Return Policy: We attempt to promptly answer all client telephone calls. Unfortunately, there are times when we are unable to do this. When this occurs, Bleyl & Associates will return the phone call within a reasonable amount of time. All of our Project Managers have cell phones for better access.
